Lawrence TUCKER (AFAN)

Lawrence Tucker is a founding member and currently acting president of the African Academy of Neurology. He heads up Neurology at Groote Schuur Hospital and the Neuroscience Institute of the University of Cape Town.

He trained as a clinical neurologist in Cape Town and holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge. He is a general neurologist with particular interests in epilepsy, epilepsy-surgery and electroencephalography, as well as neurological education and advocacy.
