The deadline for submitting candidates for nomination was 14th February 2025. Nominations made after this deadline are still possible:

1. To nominate another individual—who must be a member of a WFN member society—the nominee must obtain the supporting signatures of five or more authorised WFN delegates, together with a CV and a letter of agreement to stand.
2. Additional nominations must be submitted to the Secretary General c/o the WFN headquarters at elections@wfneurology.org 
3. The deadline for additional nominations is 1st August 2025 [30 days prior to the start of electronic voting].
   
   

Voting will take place by electronic voting (remote online ballot) between 1st-19th September 2025.
