The 35th International Epilepsy Congress (IEC) will take place in Dublin, Ireland from 2-6 September 2023. The EEC is now a landmark in the epilepsy community agenda and the forthcoming EEC promises to be innovative and engaging. The congress is organised by the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) and International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE).
The International Epilepsy Congress is a major biennial event and is recognised as a landmark in the calendar of epilepsy specialists worldwide. The congress gives delegates the chance to come together, discuss the latest developments in basic and clinical epileptology, and network with fellow researchers, clinicians and other health care practitioners. The scientific programme of the 35th IEC promises to be innovative and engaging, with a wide range of main and parallel sessions, as well as teaching and video sessions.
The ILAE (ilae.org) is the world's preeminent association of physicians and other health professionals working towards a world where no persons’ life is limited by epilepsy. The ILAE’s mission is to ensure that health professionals, patients and their care providers, governments, and the public world-wide have the educational and research resources that are essential in understanding, diagnosing and treating persons with epilepsy.
