WFN Online Registration for Council of Delegates Meeting and e-Voting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the World Federation of Neurology and Council of Delegates Meeting will be held in Montreal, Canada, on Sunday 15 October 2023 (1300-1600 EDT). 

Member Societies are invited to register online to attend the WFN AGM Council of Delegates Meeting and to vote in the 2023 WFN Elections.

Voting will take place by online ballot. Further instructions will be sent to the nominated voting delegates who have registered to vote, and otherwise to the WFN Delegate in September.

Attend the AGM

Complete the registration form below to confirm if you will be attending the WFN 2023 AGM Council of Delegates Meeting on Sunday 15th October 2023, and if you will be voting at the 2023 WFN Elections.

The Council of Delegates meeting will be taking place in Montreal, Canada, to coincide with the World Congress of Neurology (XXVI WCN 2023) ⧉.
 
 

Have you registered to Vote?

In order to vote, Member Societies must nominate a voting delegate who will complete the ballot (voting) form on their behalf. The voting delegate can be an official delegate to the WFN, an executive officer, or an ordinary member of the society with the authority to vote. The voting delegate does not need to be the same person as the Society's delegate who will be attending the Council of Delegates meeting.  
 
 
 

IMPORTANT

All e-mail communications regarding the voting and link to the online ballot will be sent to the registered voting delegate only.

It is the responsibility of each WFN member society to contact the WFN Office if you have not received any communications on voting by the time the voting closes*.  Please check your email junk folders before contacting the WFN.

* Voting closes Sunday 8 October 2023 @ 1200 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)
