Dr Lenon Gwaunza (Zimbabwe)

Dr Lenon Gwaunza is a Neurologist from Zimbabwe and a AAN – WFN GALP fellow.

He graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with a BSc (Hon) Intercalated degree in Human Physiology and MBChB. As a Beit Scholar, he read for an MSc in Clinical Neurosciences at Queens Square, University College London (UCL).

Following that, he completed his Neurology residency at Tygerberg Hospital in Cape Town (South Africa). He holds an MMed Neurology (cum laude) degree from Stellenbosch University. He is currently working in the private and public sector in Harare, Zimbabwe. He also has visiting clinics once a month at Mpilo Central Hospital (Bulawayo).
