This retrospective study investigates brain involvement in diving-related neurological injuries, focusing on corpus callosum lesions. Among 41 professional divers treated between 2011 and 2023, 10 showed cerebral symptoms shortly after surfacing. MRI findings varied, with corpus callosum hyperintensities noted in half the cases. The results highlight the region’s susceptibility to ischemia and edema in decompression illness. Prompt clinical and radiological assessment is crucial for effective treatment and follow-up.
