The 22nd Congress of the International Headache Society. IHC 2025 will take place from 10–13 September 2025, in vibrant, cosmopolitan São Paulo, Brazil – our first time ever in Latin America!
The meeting’s title, “Headache Care for All: Embracing the Challenge,” reflects the IHS commitment to improving the lives of women, men, adolescents, and children who live with headache throughout the world, from the most fortunate to the most underserved communities, by expanding their access to trained healthcare professionals.
IHC 2025 is designed to attract a wide range of healthcare professionals and medical specialists to join our global effort to reduce the burden of disease and to provide them training and guidelines that take into consideration their knowledge level, the availability of drugs and devices in the communities they serve, and their cultural backgrounds.
The Scientific Programme Committee has designed a programme that covers the most recent and exciting scientific discoveries in headache medicine – discoveries that improve understanding of pathophysiologies, refine use of costly drugs, uncover potential for the development of novel treatment approaches, challenge established and recent concepts, and examine the potential of innovative research tools and the promise of artificial intelligence.
