14th Asian & Oceanian Congress of Neurology

The 14th Asian and Oceanian Association of Neurology (AOAN) will be held in Macao, March 2-5, 2014 (Sunday through Wednesday).

This conference is organized by The Hong Kong Neurological Society. The Local Organizing Committee will be spearheaded by Dr. Ping-Wing Ng, Dr. Lawrence Wong and Dr. Leonard S.W. Li.  This Congress is being held for the first time in Hong Kong and the congress in Macao will be the first biennial conference.

The AOAN is committed to promoting and fostering on an international scale, the advancement, exchange and diffusion of information and ideas relating to the nervous system and encouraging scientific researches in neurological problems.

The AOCN 2014 will not only cover the latest in the mother speciality of Neurology but also in the allied subspecialties. An academically rich scientific programme will be laid down by the scientific committee. Pre-conference workshops will be being organized. For the workshops, experts from the region and international experts will conduct the teaching and hands on program. The workshop will be beneficial for Neurologists and neurology trainees. 

This conference will also provide an opportunity for social networking and relaxation in the after-hours. Great sightseeing places in Macao and sprawling Hong Kong are well known the world over.
