The WFN Annual General Meeting of the Council of Delegates (COD) will take place on Tuesday, 27 October 2026 [1300-1600 UTC/GMT ⧉].

The meeting will be held online via Zoom. Connection details will be sent as soon as the WFN Office confirms your registration.

Please complete the COD meeting registration form to register for the Meeting. 

Member societies must also use this form to register to vote and to name their voting delegate.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

IMPORTANT

All election emails, including your online voting login details, will be sent only to the registered voting delegate.

WFN member societies are responsible for contacting the WFN Office if they do not receive voting communications before voting closes*. Please check your email spam or junk folders before you contact the WFN.
