About

The field of Neuro-Oncology includes both primary brain and spinal tumours, genetic syndromes associated with brain and spinal tumours, as well as the neurological complications of cancer and its treatments.

The mission of the Group is to promote neuro-oncology education (including training into the neurology residency programs), research, and practice worldwide.

A second aim is to strengthen the relationships among the multidisciplinary international societies of Neuro-Oncology such as the European Association of Neuro-Oncology, the Society for Neuro-Oncology, the Asian Society for Neuro-Oncology, the Society of Neuro-Oncology Latin America, and the World Federation of Neuro-Oncology.
