WFN Extraordinary General Meeting

The WFN will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 1 July 2025 @ 1200 UCT / GMT (1300 BST) to vote on a special resolution to amend Article 7 of the WFN Articles of Association ⧉.

The EGM will be held virtually via Zoom and voting will take place live by online ballot. 

You must register to:

• attend the meeting
• to vote at the meeting or
• to appoint a proxy if you cannot attend. 

You will receive your Zoom meeting details upon registration.

If you are a WFN Delegate, you will also receive information on how to vote during the general meeting.
