Dr Chesda Udommongkol

Dr. Chesda Udommongkol is a vascular neurologist and a senior colonel working in the army medical school, Phramongkutklao Hospital in Bangkok.  He is currently appointed as the director of the department of medicine in his institute.  His main interests are transcranial Doppler/ carotid duplex and stroke imagings. 

Dr. Udommongkol actively contributes himself for the Thai Stroke and he is now the elected president of the Thai Stroke Society since 2021. Dr. Udommongkol is one of key pioneers in development of the national programs of stroke center certification. He was the chair, making standardization of comprehensive stroke center certification in the country.
