This cross-sectional study evaluated participant satisfaction across seven recent international neuroepidemiology training courses using an online questionnaire completed by 64 health care professionals, primarily early- to mid-career individuals. The results revealed high levels of success, with over 80% of respondents reporting significant improvements in their clinical research capabilities and the vast majority successfully applying their acquired knowledge to analyze epidemiological studies.
Furthermore, general satisfaction exceeded 50% across all specific course components, and 98.4% of participants stated they would recommend the training to their colleagues. The study concludes that the interactive, face-to-face format of these courses is highly effective at addressing educational gaps in the field, though future sessions could be further optimized by integrating digital tools, offering tailored student modules, and establishing post-training mentorship networks.
