WFN Elections and e-voting

Travel restrictions due to Covid-19 have again forced the Council of Delegates (CoD) Annual General Meeting to be held virtually.

In order to comply with the WFN Articles of Association in accordance with the UK Charities Commission, it is necessary to conduct the normal process of voting by remote electronic ballot.

Please use the form on this page to register your Society's voting delegate details.  You must register in order to vote.

The registration process will confirm the name and email address of your voting delegate.  The delegate can be your official delegate to the WFN, an executive officer, or an ordinary member of your society with the authority to vote.

The voting delegate does not need to be the same person as your Society's delegate who will be attending the CoD meeting on Saturday 2 October, 2021 and must register separately to attend.

IMPORTANT

All e-mail communications regarding the voting and link to the voting platform will be sent to the registered voting delegate only.

It is the responsibility of each WFN member society to contact the WFN Office if you have not received any communications on voting by the time the voting closes*.

In case notification emails have been missed, please check your email spam folders before contacting the WFN.

* Voting closes Thursday 30 September 2021 @ 1200 UTC  / 1300 British Summer Time (BST)
